Helifix HeliBars of varying lengths and diameter are the principle components of the Helibeam system.

Used to reinforce or repair masonry, the system is highly adaptable to different types of construction and applications.
HeliBar is cold formed from a round stainless steel wire creating a high fin relatively small diameter bar.

The process more than doubles the tensile strength of the parent stainless steel bar.Used for masonry beaming, crack stitching, lintel repair/creation and movement joints, Helifix HeliBar can also be combined with other Helifix products to form part of an overall repair strategy. Helifix HeliBars are installed into carefully prepared slots in the masonry and bonded using HeliBond, a thixotropic cementitious grout.

HeliBond grout locks between the high fins on the HeliBar and bonds with the masonry. This provides a combined high tensile strength to the masonry. Once the HeliBar installation is complete, the slot is made good using like material to leave a low visual impact but highly effective repair.
