Following ten years of restoration, Grade I Listed building, Llanelly House, has been brought back to life. Considered the finest early 18th century townhouse in Wales, dating back to 1714, it was originally part of a small village.
Lynmouth’s new pavilion reopened last month, following a £1.2million rebuild project run by Exmoor National Park Authority. The original pavilion, which was built in 1932 on the site of a coal yard, was structurally unsafe and had been in a derelict state since 2001.
