This week Protectahome have been called to a semi detached family home suffering from a severe outbreak of Damp and Dry Rot. The owners noted damp patches on the external walls of the main reception rooms and softening of the skirting boards.
Properties at risk of flooding in parts of North Yorkshire have been provided with new Flood Protection. Waterproof boards have been fitted to the doorways of 44 homes in Kirby Mills and Kirkbymoorside, which last suffered from flash flooding in 2010.
