The former HQ building dates back to 1935 and occupies a 1.7 acre site in central Birmingham. The Grade II listed buildings extend over 130,000 sq ft and are set around central triangular shaped courtyard.

Protectahome’s waterproofing specialists have been employed to work with the developers to design and install a structural waterproofing system that will protect the existing and new underground buildings on the site against water from the ground.

The completed development will provide new student accommodation totalling around 463 beds for Aston University students.

We will bring you more news and information about the development as work proceeds, as well as a great new case study when complete.
