Earlier in the year Protectahome were audited by the technical and compliance officer Kevin Higgins of the British Pest Control Association. As part of the standard routine audit schedule, the BPCA audit members to ensure that standards are being maintained by member companies.

We see this a part of a healthy attitude for Protectahome to welcome these external audits and for the Pest Control industry as whole to embrace a process that can help towards improving the standard of service in a highly competitive business sector.

We are pleased to report that the outcome of our audit did not result in any corrective actions or improvement notices being issued by the BPCA and we welcome their next visit to our premises and service sites.
