Phase 1 of the works features extensive Structural Repairs to the existing barn structure to facilitate further conversion works. In total, over 80 sock anchors were installed to strengthen and stabilise the structure.

Phase 2 of the works features the installation of a Structural Waterproofing system. The barn is partially earth retaining and therefore required a specialist waterproofing scheme to protect the interior against water ingress from the ground.
