The works took place during the refurbishment of the building and its basement level from the previously iconic music venue Barfly, to a brand new bar for independent brewery, Hopcraft. In its previous incarnation as Barfly, the venue famously hosted world famous music acts such as: Kings of Leon, The Darkness, Scissor Sisters and The Killers.
