Some of the latest work from our Waterproofing Division. This new build project near Abergavenny in South East Wales included a semi-basement level that required waterproofing to protect it against water ingress from the ground.

Our specialist waterproofing team designed and installed a combined Type A and Type C Waterproofing System that fully complies with BS8102:2009 The British Standard code of practice for the protection of below ground structures against water from the ground. 

Type A Waterproofing via Newton Liquid Membrane, supported by an External Drainage Layer, Protection Boards, Free Draining Clean Stone and Land Drain.

Type C Waterproofing via Newton 8mm Cavity Drain Membrane, Perimeter Drainage Channel and Service/Maintenance Ports which is passively drained.
